As an Australian software provider supporting local governments and public sector organisations, we maintain a duty of care and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, striving to provide a safe, COVID-safe working environment.
Objectives
This COVIDSafe Plan outlines:
- Measures to prevent the introduction of COVID-19 into our workspaces
- PPE and mask protocols for staff and visitors
- Our response strategy for COVID-19 cases
- Alignment with Victorian Government mandates and guidance
COVIDSafe Measures
Physical Distancing
- Where onsite work occurs (e.g., client implementation or training sessions), a minimum distance of 1.5 metres is encouraged.
- Video conferencing is prioritised over in-person meetings.
Face Masks
- Face masks are to be worn in shared indoor spaces, subject to exemptions.
- Disposable masks and sanitiser are provided at all Formbird-hosted events and client-facing engagements.
Hygiene Practices
- Hand sanitising stations are available at shared office locations and Formbird demonstration setups.
- Equipment used in demonstrations (e.g., for showcasing KeyWatcher integration) is sanitised before and after use.
Ventilation
- Workspaces, particularly demonstration areas, are assessed for optimal airflow.
- Air purifiers are used during extended in-person training or presentations.
Screening & Entry Requirements
- Staff and visitors must not attend any Formbird site or event if:
- They have tested positive for COVID-19
- They display symptoms or are awaiting test results following exposure
Signage
- Signage promoting hygiene, distancing, and mask-wearing is displayed during in-person events.
Remote Working
- The Formbird team continues to work remotely by default.
- All client support, training, and demonstrations are conducted via secure online platforms unless otherwise agreed.
Case Management & Reporting
- In the event of a confirmed COVID-19 case, Formbird will:
- Notify affected parties
- Comply with Department of Health and WorkSafe Victoria reporting obligations
- Implement isolation and sanitisation protocols as necessary
