The sidebar menu offers a convenient way for users to personalize shortcuts to frequently accessed documents. To modify these shortcuts, follow these steps:
- To display the sidebar menu, click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner; click again to hide it.
- Click the pencil icon at the bottom of the shortcut list to enter edit mode.
- In edit mode, click the ‘+’ button to add a new shortcut (preferably from the page you want to link to).
- A dialogue box will appear, automatically generating a link to the current document. You can edit this to create a shortcut to an external link.
- Click OK to save the shortcut changes.
- Hover your cursor over it to edit, delete, or create a sub-menu for an existing shortcut.
- Click the pen icon to edit, the bin icon to delete, or the ‘+’ icon to create a sub-menu item (which appears indented under the main menu item).
- Click the pencil icon at the bottom of the shortcut list to exit edit mode.
- Click the desired shortcut to navigate to the linked document.
