Deleting documents within Formbird should be handled with a high level of care. Where the deletion of a document is required, we strongly advise deleting the furthest child document first and working up to the document that should be deleted.
Example A. to delete a Service Configuration document,
1. Delete any Service Documents (child documents) created by it.
2. Delete the Service Configuration
Example B. to delete a Service Request,
1. Inspect any Work Orders (child document to RQ),
2. Delete any child documents to the Work Order(s) (eg. Time Recorders, Used Materials, Questionnaires etc.).
3. Delete the Work Order (s).
4. Delete the Service Request.
